Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

  • Innerwear, sale items, and customized products are non-returnable

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchange Policy

  • Size or product exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
